Since 2021 I have offered warm, small-scale childcare to children aged 0 to 12. In my home children feel safe, known and free to be themselves. I believe in personal attention, a steady structure, encouraging independence, and a cosy home where every child can develop and grow in their own way.
At home with At Home
Children need one familiar face. Someone who knows them, senses what they like and respects their pace. That is what I am for your child.
I work with a small group, which means your child is never lost in a crowd. There is room for calm, play and movement; every rhythm gets attention. The day follows a clear structure, so children know what to expect. That is what makes them feel safe.
The home is set up with children in mind: a kitchen you can help out in, a garden to romp about in, materials to build with and toys that invite discovery. Not an overwhelming amount, but well chosen. Home really does feel like home.

Warmth
Every child deserves a place where it truly feels at home. Where it is seen, where it may cry, laugh and grow. That is what I create every day.
Safety
A familiar setting with one steady face and clear rules. Children relax when they know what to expect. That is my foundation.
Personal attention
No large groups. I know every child: how your child likes to play, when it gets tired, in short what your child needs. That is what makes the difference.
A home arranged especially for children
Not sterile, not cluttered, simply arranged with attention for what children need.
Toys and materials
Open-ended materials, building blocks, craft supplies: not too much, but well chosen. Things you can really build, make and discover with.
Outside and inside
Children need freedom to move. The garden, the living room, the kitchen: every space is somewhere to play, climb, help out and explore.
Calm and rhythm
A clear daily rhythm creates safety. Play, meals, naps: everything has its place, so children can relax.
Certified and recognised
At Home Gastouderopvang works to all the required guidelines and is registered with the proper authorities.
GGD registration
The childcare meets the national requirements for home childcare and is registered with the GGD, the Dutch public health service.
Childminding agency & LRK
A recognised partnership with a childminding agency and registration in the national childcare register (LRK).
First aid
Protection and safety come first. I am trained in paediatric first aid so that I am always ready for an emergency.
Small groups
Small-scale childcare means more calm, more attention and a genuinely homely approach. Your child is not a number.
